Asia is a veritable cauldron of people, culture, traditions, beliefs and cuisines. Presented here is a small selection of its gastronomical wonders, authentically prepared and humbly served. This menu has been crafted in accordance with the yin-yang principle of harmony to create a fine fête of flavours. Every dish on this main course menu has been carefully curated and is prepared with a keen eye and deft hand. Owing to their elaborate compositions these dishes take a little longer to prepare and as a result this menu is only available during lunch and dinner.
