Asia is a veritable cauldron of people, culture, traditions, beliefs and cuisines. Presented here is a small selection of its gastronomical wonders, authentically prepared and humbly served. This menu has been crafted in accordance with the yin-yang principle of harmony to create a fine fête of flavours. This delicate balance has been achieved by using only authentic ingredients and the freshest produce, which is the bedrock for every dish on this menu.

At the heart of 1Q1 is the authentic Asian cuisine where tradition coexists harmoniously with the contemporary. Every dish on this main course menu has been carefully curated and is prepared with a keen eye and deft hand. Owing to their elaborate compositions these dishes take a little longer to prepare and as a result this menu is only available during lunch and dinner.
